Rick Pierman,
Director of Asset Management
Rick is Director of Asset Management for TIP Capital with over 15 years experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of technology assets. He has responsibility for the lease origination pricing, lease portfolio management, end-of-lease remarketing and equipment trading groups. Rick started with TIP Capital in 2001 in the finance group and transitioned into asset management in 2005.
Prior to joining TIP Capital, Rick began his career in 1995 with AT&T Capital Systems Leasing/Newcourt/CIT, responsible for a variety of activities in the lease finance departments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
