Chief Operating Officer
Tom co-founded TIP Capital in 1999 and is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the overall business operations and lease funding activities of the company. Tom has almost thirty years of experience in sales, marketing and operations, with over twenty-five years in technology financing.
Prior to joining the company, Tom was the Director of Syndications for AT&T Capital Systems Leasing, responsible for the placement, syndication and management of a diverse portfolio of equipment financing transactions with an average annual volume of over $250mm. In addition to his syndication activities, Tom was responsible for the analysis, valuation and integration of portfolio and company acquisitions for AT&T Systems Leasing, as well as oversight of the pricing and residual setting policies for the $1 billion lease portfolio. Prior to joining AT&T Capital, Tom was a Regional Business Manager of the Asset Management team at CMI Corporation.
Tom received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California – San Diego and an MBA from Wayne State University. Tom also has a Series 7 and a Series 63 Securities license.
